There’s plenty to do but every little bit helps. Individuals taking small actions adds up to real change if enough of us do them.
Spread the word: Email your friends, colleagues and others and post on social media about Fan Alliance and urge them to join (You can download graphics here.)
Outreach: Contact your favorite independent venue and/or record store and ask if they will post a poster or distribute Fan Alliance literature.
Advocate: Contact your elected representatives on an issue or piece of Fan Alliance supported legislation (background and training provided.)
Host a touring artist: Fan Alliance, in partnership with Salt Lick Incubator, is launching “The Village,” a homestay network of Fan Alliance members who have room to host a touring artist when they come through your town. Hotels are expensive and are a real burden on tour budgets.
Organizing: Distribute literature at concerts or festivals.
